Rachel comes from a family of Entrepreneurs, she is the third Generation of businessowners. With over 17 years of experience in the industry, Rachel has dedicated herself to personal attention and customer satisfaction. She is devoted to her community and to her customers.

Office hours are Monday thru Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and nights and weekends by appointment.
We offer a wide range of personal coverages from auto, homeowners,
mobile and modular homeowners, dwelling fire, renters, antique/collector autos, boat excess/umbrellas, motorhomes, travel trailers and motorcycles.
We can offer commercial coverage for small to large businesses, from the
contractor to the auctioneer to the farmer. We can insure your commercial general liability, business property, equipment and autos, pickup trucks to dump trucks.
We have Regence BlueShield with a selection of medical plans to choose from. We can insure an individual or a large group. Rachel Phillipps Insurance Agency is the exclusive agent to offer Group Medical Coverage to the South Lewis County Chamber of Commerce members.
